How Vouchd protects your existing clients from false introductions

Why businesses worry about paying commission on clients they already have, and how client-list fingerprints stop it without exposing names.

The fear every business has

The biggest worry about referral programmes is simple: someone "introduces" a client you already serve and claims a commission. Without a record, it becomes your word against theirs.

Upload your client list without sharing it

On Vouchd you can upload your existing clients. Your browser turns each name, email or phone number into a one-way fingerprint before anything leaves your computer. Vouchd stores only the fingerprints, never the names.

When an introducer registers someone, Vouchd compares fingerprints. A match is turned away quietly, without telling the introducer who your clients are.

The client confirms, too

Every introduction is confirmed by the prospect themselves with a one-time code. That proves the introducer actually spoke to them and that they want to hear from you.

And if something still goes wrong

Commission is held while a dispute is open, and a Vouchd reviewer with no stake in the deal decides on the evidence. The rules are public on our dispute rules page.
