- Held by our payment partner, not by Vouchd. Returned in full when you leave with nothing owed.
The commitment deposit
Why introducers trust businesses on Vouchd.
The deposit tells every introducer that commission will be paid. It is drawn only if a dispute decides you owe commission and you don’t pay it within 7 days.
It is the larger of ₦250,000 or twice your largest single commission.

Yes. Upgrades start straight away and are charged for the rest of the month. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
▶What happens if a payment fails?
You have 7 days to fix it. After that, new introductions pause. Introductions already in progress, and payouts owed to introducers, carry on.
▶Can I leave at any time?
Yes. Introductions you’ve accepted stay protected until their windows end, and your deposit is refunded once nothing is owed.
▶Why “pilot pricing”?
These are the prices for businesses joining during the pilot. We’ll give notice before any change.
